Divorce, Antichrist, Society- yadda yadda

I had many plans for my next blog post. However a discussion has led me to rage quite substantially and has led me to do a couple of deletions from my Facebook friend list.

Is divorce okay? Even in the secular environment?

Surely not!

However I was told in this century it is okay! 

Somebody posted a photo, and this photo stated that because all superheroes seem to come from broken homes, maybe the rise in divorce is a method of creating superheroes [Thoroughly paraphrased].

As stupid as this sounds, I had to say something, I assume that most of you 10 people who actually read my blog, are aware of the rise in divorce rates, and how these tend to lead the rise in youth crime. [Google is indeed your friend]. Well it seems that rather than making superheroes divorce is leading in fact to the villains being made.

I posted something to the effect of “I would say that the state is actually promoting divorce as a way of making weak-willed and emotional wrecks who won’t resist them (never bit the hand that feeds you)”.

Now here, I will at least try and defend myself, it’s very difficult to do so on Facebook, as stress rises and you find yourself wanting to smack people in the face or at least make them cry – ‘cos once they start ranting that’s it! They won’t shut up.

It’s a simple equation

Divorce => depression => mental illness => weak will.

Use Obama for instance, in 08 a disenfranchised black youth, single moms – all voted for him. The men tended to vote Republican (as is only right).

This isn’t an open and shut case of course, when I say “tended”, it isn’t landslide. However, when you consider the sections of society that are most “underprivileged”. Well, they tended to go for the guy who promised them everything.

It’s difficult to specifically and emphatic link divorce to political weakness, as I am more using it as an example of the hedonistic nature of society. The kind of pleasure-driven morality that we base our lives upon, this is the sort of society that Rome had become before it fell. It was politically desolate, ran by corrupt leaders who satiated the public by allowing anything, no one resisted those who had given them such freedoms (referring here to the western empire), and as such it offered no resistance to its Visigoth invaders. Unlike the vast majority of the public, our rulers are well versed in history, we are not ruled by a politician but by a super-secret organization which has no name. It is referred to as the “Mystery Schools”, the “illuminati”, “new world order”, “the council”.

The problem is that this group is so small, it could be anyone, they are unrecognizable because they have no associations, no public relations officers, no logo, and have never (to my knowledge) been on TV.

As such apt students of history, politics, law, science, theology, religion, the crème de la crème orchestrates global events, their word causes political leaders to take their nations to war, topples dictators, and nuclear bombs to destroy entire continents (if they so wish).

The Bible calls these people “rulers and kings”, but our leaders have no reason to hide themselves in caves any more than anyone else. But this secret cabal that truly rules have every reason. They are directly opposed to God, as in the book of Joshua, the Kings described in Revelation 6:15-16 are together:

“Then everyone--the kings of the earth, the rulers, the generals, the wealthy, the powerful, and every slave and free person--all hid themselves in the caves and among the rocks of the mountains. And they cried to the mountains and the rocks, "Fall on us and hide us from the face of the one who sits on the throne and from the wrath of the Lamb”.

Notice: “the kings of the earth”. Evidently these are the biblical council of 10 who will (do) rule the earth during the time of antichrist. I think that there is already a preliminary council in existence – in fact the evidence shows that. This isn’t unprecedented! Israel is in existence again is it not? We can safely assume that this council of rulers has been in existence at least before that. Plus if anyone follows the links that connect together, read a few books, you can see how one event happily leads to another. WWI is the great war that will never happen again, then WWII comes and is even worse. But both had to happen, One established the League of Nations (notice “league” – as in “we have banded together”) Two established the United Nations (which you can read as: “we are united together in the common aim of world government”).

I would urge the reader to be discerning, not all “teachers” are prophets, they are as Jesus’ said, “Ravenous wolves”. Just because you may not be a christian, it doesn’t mean that those wolves are not happy to devour you as well. In fact you are in far more danger, doctrines of demons are your bible, and satan your high priest. You need to change sides now, its simple, begin by acknowledging your helplessness and need of God. Give your life to him and bring yourself to the cross, give him those sins, let him suffer for them as he did 2000 years ago. Then live your life as his disciple, ever vigilant of the devices of Satan. I would suggest reading a book on Calvinism (The Joy of Calvinism by Greg Forster I am currently reading). One thing you should make sure - is that whenever you are presented with a “fact” -you are careful to research, at least a little. Usually it turns out true, but sometimes, you find a lie, a misrepresentation, or an opinion.

Now after a thousand words, we get to the opinion I presented at the beginning, that Divorce is okay – its not. I have proof :

And Pharisees came up to him and tested him by asking, “Is it lawful to divorce one's wife for any cause?” He answered, “Have you not read that he who created them from the beginning made them male and female, and said, ‘Therefore a man shall leave his father and his mother and hold fast to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh’? So they are no longer two but one flesh. What therefore God has joined together, let not man separate.” They said to him, “Why then did Moses command one to give a certificate of divorce and to send her away?”

He said to them, “Because of your hardness of  heart  Moses allowed you to divorce your wives, but from the beginning it was not so. And I say to you: whoever divorces his wife, except for sexual immorality, and marries another, commits adultery.”

The disciples said to him, “If such is the case of a man with his wife, it is better not to marry.” But he said to them, “Not everyone can receive this saying, but only those to whom it is given. For there are eunuchs who have been so from birth, and there are eunuchs who have been made eunuchs by men, and there are eunuchs who have made themselves eunuchs for the sake of the kingdom of heaven. Let the one who is able to receive this receive it.” (Matthew 19:3-12)

I know, I perhaps shouldn’t get into a secular argument with the bible – but it is my source of moral, ethical truth. Its objective, what it says today it will say tomorrow. What it says tomorrow is the same as it said a thousand years ago, two thousand even! What the OT says today it said 4000 years ago. It never changes.

That’s why when I hear “it’s the 21^st century”, I wish to vomit. It doesn’t matter what century it is, it only matters what truth is! Do you not get annoyed at this strange anachronism that has crept its way into modern vernacular? “It’s the 21^st century of course men should be able to marry one another”, “of course abortion is alright, it’s not the Victorian times!”.

You see, the year is irrelevant; it’s just a number. What does matter is society. People will use any excuse to sin. Even Okaying it in order to feel better about themselves. (Romans 1:30-32):

They are gossips, slanderers, haters of God, insolent, haughty, boastful, inventors of evil, disobedient to parents, 31 foolish, faithless, heartless, ruthless. 32 Though they know God's righteous decree that those who practice such things deserve to die, they not only do them but give approval to those who practice them.

It’s quite funny, divorce; sodomy, sexual immorality– even abortion – has been around for millennia. Long before socialism and post-modernism made these things the norm. In fact, if I remember correctly, a little city named Sodom, oh and Gomorrah, was annihilated for practicing these things?

Course, I’m just crazy, after all its now most definitely okay, cos it’s the 21^st century and everyone’s doing it..right?
